Interior Carpet Lining Wearing Very Badly

Has anybody else experienced this? I had the van trimmed out in black and grey anthracite back in March. I purchased the carpet from Mega Van Mats and I used the same firm that did my T5 previously.

Approx. 6 months on, the black carpet is wearing terribly, fluffing and bobbling whereas the grey is perfect.

I've tried to make contact with Mega Van Mats but they just don't reply or respond, simply can't be bothered, pretty bad service to be honest.

Did you use the correct side? There is a loopy fluffy side and a smoother side to carpet, I know this cause I did one of my panels the wrong way

I did consider that, but it is correctly fitted. The black just seems to respond so differently to the grey.Where people have sat and or where it has had anything slightly rub it, it has seriously reduced in quality.

Yeah mines doing this in places, just get your Mach 3 out and give it a shave lol
