Insulation in the doors

As always, tried the search but nothing definitive - i have applied sound deadening and then 19mm Closed Cell Foam (K-Flex ST) in the sides of the van. I have put 19mm foam on the side opposite the sliding door at the bottom of the sill - but just realised, this may not be the best idea. Are there drain holes or anything in there, in case water collects and wants to escape?

My plan is to fill the rest with polyester isolation anyway, but at least that can breathe - i want to ensure i don't block anything at the bottom of the doors.

Non sliding door ? Do you mean the side panel on the opposite side of the van ?
If so it can just be filled .
On the actual doors you need to keep the 'wet zone' clear at the bottom

Dont use foam inside a door, it will get wet and "rot"... the smell is horrible after a few months besides the risk of developing mold in the car....

Not a good idea
