Installing LED ceiling spot lights

Are there any guides out there on how to install led ceiling lights and to do away with the ugly factory courtesy lights?

I don't have a leisure battery so I wondered if there was a way to have the led spots act as courtesy lights and can connect to the existing wiring in the ceiling?

Yes you can. Perm live and two switched earths on the original lights but it turns the power off after around 10
Minutes once locked up.

Bear in mind that they will go off after 10-30 minutes depending on model unless you leave the ignition on.
