Ideas to stop hinged DIY multiflex board from bouncing and banging

I'm in the 'working model' stage of an Ovano inspired multiflex board and load partition install. The top board/parcel shelf part is hinged and it unsurprisingly bounces up and down over bumps. Any idea for keeping it secured down?

That would do it but would somewhat kill the lifting operation

my ovano will bounce over big bumps but generally doesn't

they use self adhesive felt tape which I guess simply cushions any bounce

Low strength magnets, enough to stop bounce but easy enough to move when needed. You can easily modulate magnet strength with tape.

My Ovano does this. Had one main hinge replaced, which resolved a clicking noise, but the top hinges still rattle.

Regarding the bounce, I have toyed with fitting magnets, but a run of felt tape the full length of the top verticals has almost resolved that noise, with a few extra pieces in key places to make it gully level.

It’s furniture in a moving van, so to be expected I guess, albeit annoying.
