Ideas for sink and fold over table for plug in induction hob

So I'm partway through the van conversion having had a u shaped configuration installed. I had a small pod unit fitted and I'm going to be fitting a water tank soon along with an electric combi heater - most likely a Truman combi 4E. I'm also going to parallel wire another Fogstar 100ah battery to provide enough current loading capability to handle the induction hob.

I haven't yet figured out how to add another section to my pod unit on the right hand side. Obviously the sink will go in the pod unit in a cutout above the fridge. It would need to be some kind of flip over table section that I can open when I want to plug in an induction hob. The hob would just rest on the additional table surface.

I have some ideas but it would be great if anyone here has got a tried and tested method to make something work.

Whatever is decided, the table extension will need to be able to be flipped out of the way to enable me to use the bed.
