How to unblock privacy settings

Hey guys - my T6.1 is due an over the air system update via the VW we connect app but all the privacy settings are blocked so I am unable to connect and update, any ideas on how to unblock - see attached photo. Thanks Rob

Had this the other day, had to enable share location (Right button of the 4, below no position data) then had to log back in to my account.
