I got a BT module for my Renogy DC-DC charger, and it does show battery voltages for starter and leisure on the app but I would like more clarity to be honest as it doesn't seem to differentiate solar input or alternator input.

I also want to upgrade from the AGM battery to Lithium.

Yeah I've got the Renogy shunt and One core system so I can see it by the app remotely and on screen in the van.

Does the ability to calculate a battery percentage come from the shunt?

The data I get is minimal:

When it can position the solar panel to track the sun I’ll be interested.
Monitoring what you can’t change is somewhat pointless, especially in a campervan when you should be enjoying yourself.

Yeah that comes from the shunt. Will give you the charge coming in and your discharge rate aswell.
