How I know when my warranty expires?

Stupid question, probably...
If it happens that my T6.1 breaks down in a remote corner of Europe, how do I know by sure if it is covered by VW warranty?
I mean having followed all the rules and being fully serviced and nobody else than VW official shops has touched it.

Please do not tell me to go ask the VW main dealer that sold me it, they are at best unreliable and they wrote different things in different documents, like 150k or 100k , 3 years or 5 years, or 3+2... or lifetime warranty until is broken . If you ask them anything you get an invoice and no explanation at all, by my short experience.
The van is a 03/2023 and under leasing by VW, BTW, but I am looking at what would happen in the next two years, since I plan to keep it tham much before selling it or returning it to VW. Paying for a warranty extension and continuing to service it at extortion rates by VW would not be a problem, if it really covers the expensive stuff that can happen meanwhile.

Is there a way to know the warranty expiration terms (date/Km/ moonphase/tide/Gemini constellation alignment with Venus ), i.e. providing someone the VIN and other official data and/or asking some VW site? Whould be nice obtaing some form of official document under EU law to show to the VW place where you get towed in after a breakdown.
My legal insurance doesn't cover me fighting VW, so I would like to try the smooth way, until it is possible.

you get 3years warranty from new with breakdown assist cover.

from new you can get a two year factory warranty for years 4+5.

or you can get ALL-IN cover from years 4-6 (max 6yrs old or 100k at start of policy)

if your 3/2023 - then your new warrenty will expire on 3/2026,

id imaging you dont have the factory extended warrenty,

so your next option is the all in package.

I think I have to find out what is the equivalent of VWCV here and ask.
As said I have no idea under which condition I am, I was promised 3+2 years and 150k, but thre are other documents stating otherwise.
So I may have been cheated, but at this point I do not care, I want just to negotiate the best that I can buy for yhe next 2 years.

Or I may actually call that UK number you kindly given me (I worked many years in USA , so I can speak a similar language ), maybe they will direct me whre I should call.
The car is registered to a Company in AT, so probably, so due to relatively small local market I would probably have to call Germany.

3new + 2 factory

or

3new + 2 ALL-IN

For your info my van just turned 3 years old. You have to wait for the warranty to run out before you can buy the All in. I done mine at 1 minute past midnight so I was covered.
The Black Friday deal was £810 but now back up to £1104 I do believe.
It gives you 2 years warranty, 2 services, 2 Mot’s and 2 years breakdown cover.

- 3 year warranty expired 2022, 2-years All-in-one taken out in June (may have been July?);
- 2024, new (final) 2-years All-in-one taken out;
- My EML lit up (again) in Sept but I cleared it, and it hasn't come back!

I'm hoping it comes back on ( ) before the A-I-O runs out, so I can get a last flush or EGR replacement,otherwise it's a day out to Dav-Tec, and we all know how pricey that can get when considering what other 'essential' add-ons and upgrades
would justify taking the day off!

That is very interesting, thanks.
A search through the build sheet document (kindly provided by @Pauly) either in English or German, does NOT contain any of the words "follow" or "warranty".
Maybe it has no warranty at all.

Also, in one of my confused papers is written 3 + 2 extended. In such case the 2 extended would possibly have been relased by VW when they re-sold it (leased actually) it to me, and would not be on the build sheet, I would think.

It was the “Red Light” warranty that cracked me up: “I warrant my work until you can’t see the red lights on my van anymore when I leave!”

I think Warranties depend on region to some extent.

Over here it is a standard 5 years or 150,000 km
