How Do You Store Your Cutlery & Crockery?

Hi all, as a noob camper owner, I was wondering what the best way to carry cutlery & crockery etc. is.

I hate the sound of things sliding about in vehicles, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one!

I'm toying with plastic containers but most are pretty flimsy and could slide about too!

I have a friend who's a senior police officer, one thing he told me is "anything that's not bolted down inside a vehicle, is a deadly weapon"

He's right of course, imagine being smashed in the back of the head by flying camping gear, in the event of an accident!

Thanks for your anticipated tips! :)

Cutlery - wrapped tightly in a bag so it doesn’t rattle.
Pots - in a plastic box with vertical hardboard dividers so all accessible but tight.
Plates - all stainless steel so unbreakable, can go straight on the warm hob to keep food warm.
Cups - all plastic and stackable, goes wherever and needs very little space.

No noise, minimal space needed.
