Holes from spoiler removal

I need to get a bike rack and don't fancy spending £1k on a towbar, electrics and carrier. My tailgate spoiler looks a bit rough anyway with paint loss, so I might just take it off so I can have a standard carrier.
Has anyone got any photos of the holes that are left behind, and where abouts they are. That way I can be prepared with some grommets or something before I do it and get left scrambling for something to sort it.

Does yours definitely have screws? Most people glue them on to save drilling holes, assuming yours is not factory fitted.

I have no clue if it's factory or aftermarket tbh. I've just heard some people have peg holes that need filling when they've removed them.

You may get lucky then, as long as the paint is OK underneath.
There is a thread on here about modifying the spoiler to accept a bike rack, if that's preferable to (potential) holes.

Yeah I've seen all those. Might worth a go, but my cutting skills leave a lot to be desired. I guess I can try and if I mess it up it's no great loss.
