My T6.1 my oil level seems to be going up could this be the fuel leaking into the oil. Oil is still black but sensor has gone of again after a oil service

If it's fuel you might smell it on the dispstick. If no smell it could be water from the EGR. Oil analysis test would confirm either way for sure.

Have you physically checked the level? The sensors are lying barstewards and will tell you theres too much oil when there isn't. There is a software fix that sometimes works - I ignore the occasional dash warning and regularly check the level manually?

Ideally you want the level mid way between the max and min mark on the dipstick, not higher.
