Just a quick Hi from me. Just joined as I’m moving up from a T5.1 Caravelle to a T6 Euro 6 ‘Velle.

Joining to actually do some research on the BiTurbos, and the dreaded CFCA engines, so wish me luck!

Wow!!!!... That was an Epic Read!!! But OMG!!... What an informative, eye-opening, scary read it was!..

As many many others said throughout the threads, a massive Thank you @Dellmassive for putting together, arranging and organising such a wealth of info and advice!!

My previous 'Velle had the 2.0l TDCI 140 engine. I bought it with 189000(ish) miles on the clock, and sold it due to the ULEZ expansion with 292182 miles on it. And the guy I sold it to took it all over europe. Just checked and the last MOT was 308,437 miles, with no advisories!!.. so the old girl is still going strong.

Well, after reading up all about the 180's and the 204's. I think I'll just stick to looking at the newer 150 TDI's and stay well away from anything with Bi in the description.
