Just waned to say Hi and thanks for letting me join. I don’t actually own a t6 but a very haigh mileage t5 that been converted to caravelle interior. I prefer the pd engines, very strong with less emission control that seem to cause lots of problems.

I think mad max will be scratting round looking for a PD engine in the apocalyptic future. They’ll run forever.

The old Vauxhall 1.7 non turbo common rail probably just pips it though, they’ll run forever, and on just about anything. Diesel, veg oil, beef dripping, peat, the lot.

Bought for £700 and transformed into this. It’s now a 2.0 pd 8v with a cam and hybrid turbo, pd 150 injectors and a 6 speed gearbox. Next job is power latch sliding doors.
