Hesitant At 30 When Engine Barely Warmed Up...

Anyone get this on 104BHP engine?
Starts and pulls off fine, but about a mile from the house, having
changed from 3rd to 4th, get a bit of a 'stutter' from the engine,
van lurches a bit, then settles down again.
Bit disconcerting as engine has only done 1500 miles.
Waited a while to post, as I thought it might just disappear,
but, sadly, not the case.
Once engine is warm - no issues.
Any ideas or anyone had similar issues??

Did you resolve this (not sure if you’re still on the forum)

Mine is doing the same!

I have had precisely the same problem since new (a 4 Yr old 102bhp) and unfortunately the dealer was pretty unhelpful stating there was no problem when I left the van with them whilst under warranty. They did cite Supermarket fuel as potential cause but source of fuel doesn't seem to make any difference.

I’m going to fill it with Shell V power and see if it makes a difference.

With any modern diesel engine that's running a bit rough or hesitant, where no fault code is logged, I always do one very easy, very cheap, very quick thing.
I clean the MAF sensor with the appropriate MAF sensor cleaner, never use anything else. It's amazing how often it cures the problem, and if it doesn't, it's cost almost nothing and takes ten minutes.
