Help..... Dashboard like a Christmas tree....

Hi Guys, I've fitted a new headunit and all was well until I decided to remove the original touch phone kit.
This was installed behind in the drivers footwell behind some relays. Now I've got it out I can't start the van ,T5 2010 , and the warning lights on the dash just flicker on and off. Ignition just clicks.

Any thoughts?

I've got the battery on charge at the moment. I'm hoping it's as simple as that.
