Heater

Hi,
I have a 6.1 transporter which is blowing luke warm air. The temperature switch works on all positions. The heater unit underneath the dash seems OK with no linkages broken??? Would there be a fuse between the switch and heater unit?

More than likely to be a stuck actuator flap. Needs scanning to diagnose

What do you mean by scanning? Never heard of that term before. Cheers for your help

Plug in an ODB scanner such as Carista or VCDS and read any fault codes stored in the BCM

Thanks for the info. Would a normal garage have a ODB scanner?
