Heater control issue 2019 T6

Hi everyone,

My 2019 T6 heater control knob has stopped working - turning it doesn’t change the temp warmer or cooler and it seems to be stuck on only mildly warm air.

I’ve had a search and seems to be discussion on the actuator arm but before I start taking the lower dash apart I wondered if the actuator motor has a fuse that I can check first, and if so does anyone know the location?

Fan is working, direction controls, AC, recirc button all light up but I have no temp control.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hey man - I’m in a T6.1 same deal !!!it’s the heating control leaver flap mechanism or the solenoid that powers them I started to remove the lower dash today on mine … which is not easy but slowly it’s coming out … there are lots of threads on this problem and your van is a little different to mine but generally similar. I am told it’s really awkward to mend but the parts are cheap . Plenty of better aftermarket parts on eBay too

For anyone in a T6.1 - here's how i fixed mine hope its of use
