It appears that the heat from my heater has stopped working producing warmth. The heater continues to blow cool air and the AC works as it should.

Can anyone help at all. Thanks

It is not an uncommon occurrence! One of the potential problems and remedies is attending to the heater controls and someone has Plastic Printed a very good fix and at good price

Following with interest, my driver's side heating is stuck on hot and I need to fix it.

Are there any instructions on how to get to the servo's to see if they are functioning?

Hi - If you look under here you can get your eyes on it. When you change the temp control the motor will adjust and you can hopefully spot if the linkage is broken.

So the suggested fix will add heat to the heater again? by replacing with the part posted. Im somewhat confessed as a simpleton

I am not a mechanic so no the best person to advise you, others on here will be able to do that. First I would read any relevant threads and posts and see if your heater problem appears to be similar or the same or have it looked at by a VAG specialist or other trusted garage. Then if it is and you feel it is not your thing to do the work ask the garage to do the work but use the part as advertised on the forum. Their are many more competent members on here who can give the initial advice.
