Heater blowing cold - no hot

Initially thought I must have has a broken actuator arm. After a scan I found the following...

9475861 - Position Sensor for Temperature Flap Motor
B1097 15 [00001001] - Open or Short to Plus

Great I though, maybe a loose connection, took a look to find this:

A loose blue connector and what looks like something missing

Does anyone know the part number/s I might require and what fasteners?

I have seen this on ebay, but just wanted an expert's opinion before I buy it now.
