Heated Rear Window not working, no power

Hi there. My rear window doesn't heat up on my 2016 VW T6 Transporter Kombi. The light on the button comes on when I press it. We've tested the points on the window and it's not measuring any volts. There is resistance either way so the window itself isn't faulty. So it's either a wiring issue or a fuse, but I have no idea which fuse it is. Any help appreciated?
