What are these two different headlights called? Do they have the same light output

left is H7 i think and right is H4 H7 is better/brighter H4 are dangerous imo

yes H4's,
both of these vans have been mine, the one on the right is my current van and the one on the left o owned briefly in the summer.

@blindboy I've got H4s to....I've replaced all the bulbs including the DRLs to white bulbs and their much better than standard but not as good as the standard LEDs

My mate works for Listers and reckons that changing the lamps can cause issue with the cambus system. Not sure if he's winding me up but he reckons they've had vans back with electrical issues that have been caused by people putting led lamps in

@blindboy Yeah ...it's expensive and a lot of work....The guys at Transporter HQ have just launched some H7 LED DRLs as replacement and they've been tested to prevent any canbus errors

Yep, seen the pics, they look good but just a H7 bulb with led drls. I think the VW h7's work out cheaper without any risk
