We have OEM H7 headlights and are heading to France. I'm just checking I'm not missing anything before I put those annoying headlight stickers on but there's no facility either on the headlight itself or in the van to adjust the beam pattern to RHD is there?

Nope. All you can do is raise or lower the headlights using the dial to the right of the steering wheel which has no effect on beam pattern. There's no beam pattern adjsutment in the van software. Just stick the 2 round stickers on - it's a bit of guesswork even using the picture and placement guide that comes with them. I didn't even fit them on my recent trip to Italy and Croatia as I rarely drive after dark.
Also, when you take the circular stickers off just put a new piece of cheap double sided tape on the rear ready for the next trip. No need to buy new each time.

Mmmmm, you are indeed correct. I've obviously been putting them in the wrong place. lol. Never been flashed though.
I'd do a bit of trial and error placement shining the lights against a flat wall or garage door.
Generally you need to mask the opposite part of the reflector to the section of beam you want to blank off. So covering the offside bottom of the reflector will block the part of the beam that shines to the nearside and kicks up.
