Monday was my first day in the new 5 seat T6 Kombi
Opted for a 204 DSG highline, twin elec sliders, power latch tailgate, comfort dash, discovery media and 2 + 1 rear seating.
Got to say after just a week I’m totally in love with this Van.
Upgraded the wheels to some edition 25 5 spoke black 18” alloys, seat covers, floor mats, led bulbs and Phillips main beam h4’s, roof bars and full limo window tints already completed. Got a nice list of things I’d like to do over the next couple of months too.
Anyway here she is and Hi to all fellow t6 owners
Oh I’m looking for a motexion bulkhead for behind the rear seats but apparently don’t have sufficient privileges to post on the for sale forum as yet.
If anyone know of any going second hand please let me know

Welcome to the Team Grey club  ........ totally understand you falling in love with it. You'd never believe it until you get one. My first Transporter was delivered in April and the novelty still hasn't worn off. Be warned though .... the constant upgrading and tweeking you can do is VERY addictive

The reason you can't use the 'For Sale' and other functions is only because you haven't taken up full membership yet. If you click on the 'VIP Membership' tab at the top of the page, it's all clear from there.

Welcome mate.
Nice looking addition to Team grey. It is a lovely colour in all weather conditions.
What's planned for the next mod.. ??
Keep us posted.

Thanks for that, I’ll take a look

Thanks mate :)
Spoiler and splitter I think are next or maybe lowering 30mm if it’ll go on my hill of a driveway, yet to figure that one out.

Al you just need to order your B14s as well ;)
Would love to put b14s on and lower it right down mate but there’s no chance I’ll get on my driveway with it. Bet I’ll be pushing it at 30mm lower so think I’ll stick with different springs. The body roll is doing my head in a bit though, especially as I don’t drive with much weight in most of the time, so something has got to be done.

Go Air.

Hi Al, that's why B14 would be more suited as you can play around with the ride heights to suit your drive and will have better ride than 30mm springs, or as Lord Mfwic suggests, go air, money being no object of course

Hi @Al Farrow
I have quite a steep driveway (approx 21% gradient), originally had a Swiss splitter on and this kept catching the lower part of my drive (this was around 180mm clearance from ground to under side of Swiss splitter on standard springs. The centre of the wheel to wheel arch was around 460mm)
After much help from this forum I changed the Swiss splitter (which was 135mm deep) for a maxton V2 (which is only circa 20mm deep) and I managed to lower the van by 70mm. (390mm from ctr of when to wheel arch) and I gained more clearance on the front end!
If the rear is full then the towbar does catch slightly but plenty of room on the front!
Also the B14s do transform the ride and improves the body roll!
Hope this helps, might be worth getting the tape measure out and spirit level!83081D04-DEEB-4BF7-98D6-B7C35B0C9579.jpegB78878E7-DF08-4E84-93A5-28924543AFBF.jpeg Thanks
