Nope. They are a different fitment completely.
Get yourself a second hand set of Caravelle headlights as a cheap(ish) upgrade. They are twin H7

There’s a thread on the forum somewhere that people add adverts to when they see H7 for sale.
I bought a set earlier this year for £100 and I’m really pleased with them with standard bulbs.
Easy to swap if you’re happy to take the front bumper off.
Edit :- Halfords would probably have ‘made them fit’ and not noticed.

Wanted - H7 OEM headlights
I know these come up fairly regularly but can’t see any recently. Anyone know where I can buy some T6 OEM H7 headlights?
Are these an upgrade from standards?

If they are THQ or similar aftermarket brand then yeah.
You can’t swap H4’s for factory LED (you can but £2k upwards).

Those are THQ V3 lights and are a direct replacement for either H4 or H7 lights. Vans that originally had H4 headlights require coding so that dipped beam remains on with main beam though.
I post ebay H7s here, but haven't seen any for quite a while.

H4 To H7 Upgrade
Replaced my standard H4 headlights on my 17 plate kombi highline with genuine H7 headlights from a 17 plate Caravelle. It's literally just plug and play, no warning lights, no VCDS, just swap and go. Does require removing the front bumper but really not as bad as it sounds. IMO the H7's are...

I have a pair of H7's waiting to go in when I have time to fit them. Probably a silly question but what happens with the headlight level adjuster? I assume that when I adjust the level in the cab it moves something in the lights, how do I know the old and new lights were set to same level...
