Gps Antenna problems

Hi everyone,
I recently installed a MiB 2 on the car I went to someone to upgrade the software to no longer have a component protection. Everything works perfectly except for Navigation, which I lack antenna of GPS
I installed the GPS antenna purchased on the original but the navigation does not see the location.
After I found out that I have the GPS antenna in the mirror I connected to this one but I have the same problem.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?
