carista says glow plug one,
Yes.
maybe glow plug module
No.

Please check the thread below why clearing fault code "helps" only for a while.

Engine warning lights been on my T6 for ever. Had it plugged in by “experts” & cleared several time, for it to pop up again: van run perfectly all the time ! Next guru, said it’s a glow plug: so. Got a set ( ££££) & what a palava, having to strip everything on top of motor, unplug loads & take off/move aside the fuel rail. Fitted (3 plugs. 1 wouldn’t budge) by qualified mobile mechanic & full service at same time & left me to tidy up & start: with orders to, turn ignition on & off at least 6/7 times. This primes the lines & will start. NO IT Doesn’t - any suggestions guys out there. Frigging sensors & Ai protection I’m fed up with 🫣

Thanks for the diagram Steve, but don’t have a vehicle diagnostic tester ( the guy I rely on has one) & im not techi. I’ve checked the visible connectors visible ( inc the fuel line one) but the other ones are hidden below that box we had to remove to get to the glow plugs !
I recon there’s air in the fuel line as a consequence of removing the fuel rail, to get to the flippin glow plugs.
My mobile guy is supposed to be coming later, & hoping it’s something simple.
Thanks & will post the results.
I have a Jaguar xk140 - 1955 that has None” of this fancy stuff on & is a doddle compared to this malarkey 🤣😫

I don't think all veedubs activate the pump with only the ignition getting switched on. If you don't have a diagnostic tool to hand to activate the pump, just press the clutch and activate the starter motor. The second the engine cranks, release the clutch pedal as this will stop it cranking but will keep the low pressure pump running for a good few seconds and listen. You should hear the pump running and the fuel and air running back to the tank. When it stops, repeat the process until all you hear is the pump and fuel. You'll know when the air is out as the loud gurgling noise will stop

Thanks Kev, I decided to wait for my mobile guy who’s VW Audi group trained as he’s got all the tools & electronic gadgets at hand, & more importantly know their nuances !!
Swapped the glow plugs & found a plug id missed hanging loose. It then started & he could see on his screen all the actions that were present & sorted them, one by one. Ran a bit lumpy whilst it settled 5/10 mins & now runs as sweet as, plus no annoying lights, so fingers crossed it stays that way. Thanks for your help guys, it’s very reassuring
