G3 on rear lights ?

Got some very minor scratches on my rear lights and wondered whether farecla G3 was ok to use on them ?
I'm told some stuff can cause micro crazing to plastics so I'm keen to avoid this .

Never heard of it but this stuff has been used by the UK MOD for decades.
Good on tarnished headlamp lenses as well.

Thanks DXX , I only asked about the G3 cuz I have some in the van already and i'm sat on a campsite with time on my hands .
