No lights rear N/S T6.1

Got a Bulb warning last week for Rear Numberplate Bulb on my 2019 T6.1 Highline.

Checked, and both bulbs were working. Turned the van off, and a few hours later when starting I got a rear Left Turn ( indicator) Bulb warning.

This was working but very dim, and causing the high speed flash inside the vehicle on the dash.

Having checked today, the Bulb is good, (swapped with O/S), the Left turn signal causes the indicator bulb to flas dimly, along with the reverse light both sides dimly flashing.
I also have no rear highline Brake light, number plate bulbs or rear light cluster fogs, brake light or normal tail light.

I've swapped the rear light clusters, and all bulbs, with no improvement.
Can someone recommend which fuse or relays/connectors I need to check as I'm out of ideas, and can't understand why there is some power but only to certain bulbs.

Hi!
1. Maybe a GND issue. Check the brown ground cabel. Probably not getting GND. (Corrosion, loose connection)
2. It's also a good idea to check the rubber bellows between the tailgate and the body.
3. Disconnect all license plate light and check left turn. If good BCM module problem.
