Flywheel replacement - T6 2016 140 DSG

Hello one and all

I'm looking to replace the flywheel on my van and need recommendations from people who had theirs done. Where's the best place to do so and what costs you incurred. Vans out of warranty and don't want VW doing it as they ignored this problem when I pointed out (what I thought was the A/C at the time) and now being out of warranty they immediately noticed its the flywheel and they charge way too much.

Looking to have it done somewhere who knows what they doing and as local to London as possible.

I haven’t had it done, but can recommend VW Mad in south-east Essex.

is there a mileage it needs to be done?
last mechanic told me that on t6 not as much as an issue with t5
and only change if I hear noises/vibration.
which to me looks pretty poor advice.
how much did it cost you?
I have t6 150 euro 6

Hi.
I haven't changed it. basically I've been told the same. to wait until it gets worse (loud noise). Atm its loud only on cold startup.. after it gets warm noise is reduced and sometimes not there.
Mines an T6 140 euro 5.
