Right then...

I have just purchased a 6m extending flag pole to peg out & wave at everyone at our Forum gatherings.
I think a 5' x 3' flag is best.
Her 'indoors suggests a 3' x 2' flag will suffice.
As a bloke, I think bigger is better.

Anybody got any comments?

3x2 sounds an odd ratio

5x3 much more flag-like

Its definitely the length of pole that counts.....then its how many lights you can fit on it

6m of IP rated, remote controlled LED lights, are the next thing to find & spend the money on.
12V cigarette type connection or 240V?
Running from the 12V leisure batteries, or on 240V, but only when on hook up?
Decisions, decisions...
I feel another mail to @Deaky for his depth of knowledge re lighting is required :D
A weekend of cheap Forum camping has now made me spend even more money!!
It's a good job the other 'arf agrees to this expenditure!!

What's this about a new number plate, I now need to buy, for the next Forum meet?
When will it all end?
