Fault codes 29345 & 29342

Got these two fault codes with Carista with the engine management light on. Can’t find any info online for them. Does anyone know what they might be related to please? Have recently replaced the cracked EGR pipe and reset fault codes and the warning light came back on today.

Does anyone have any ideas on these two fault codes?
It's a 2016 T6 Shuttle SE DGS 150 T32
I can't find anything on the internet about these codes? Van is driving just fine but the engine light is permanently on.

I got Carista thinking it could give me codes I can cross reference. Is Carista therefore useless for fault codes?

Carista doesn't have a big database of codes, it often just forwards you on to an internet search (ironically, most point to this forum)
