Any recommendations for add blue heaters faults on my 2017 t6 in Cheshire?

Check the loom for rodent damage first.
Yeah we’ve checked all the wiring and there’s no damage, took it to the local garage and the checked up to the adblue pump and it’s fine. They said it’s the adblue system and only vw can fix it!??!

you would need a VCDS code scan to detail the exact fault / sensor.
there are various heaters and sensors relating to the system - any of these could be at fault..
can you get the VCDS code scan or other?
