Engine Fault Codes 15560 & 31103

Check engine light came up so called VW Roadside Assistance. Got a very nice man from the AA who diagnosed these codes, phoned VW. VW did not know what 15560 was and 31103 related to Adblue. VW advised to clear the codes and if they do come back then I should drop in to VW. Has anybody else had these codes?

T6 Fault Codes?

In the VCDS coding for plain "31103"
31103 - SCR NOx Catalyst Bank 1
P20EE 00 [039] - Efficiency too Low

Grabbed the above out of the engine (CXFA) with a VCDS. It was also confirmed at the dealer. It didn't turn on the light.

Thanks. Just done 100 miles since the faults were wiped and engine light has stayed off for now.

Had the 15560 Code when checking with carista prior to warranty end.
took into VW for Adblue software update.
No comment on code or paperwork relating to it being done.

Checked when home and have the code logged still!! No dash warnings.

got the same issues despite the van now having been back to VW twice for P20EE code bringing on emission light

first visit - light on
had glow plug 3 replaced
software update
EGR test, no flush
adblue system tested no repairs

second visit - light on different fault
after first visit drove 10 mile before P20E8 fault and 650 countdown warning. this was apparently down to a poorly "clipped" adblue pipe so assume VW inflicted? this took a week to resolve.

got van back Friday, all seemed ok, done a 250 mile round trip, no emission light. Plugged in Carista and have the two faults above yet again!!!! P20EE says pending plus the 31103


any one have any ideas? got to be a fix surely?

I am waiting a reply to email from VW

feel like giving up but clearly needs sorting especially whilst inside all in warranty. VW Assist seemed convinced it was an intermittent issue with adblue pump or similar
