They are the same fault - P0101 is generic code, 4795 VW's own code for the fault.
4795 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70) - P0101 00 [101] - Implausible Signal
Intake air leak?
Might be helpful to see what engine it is - please post "Detailed ECU info"-report (under Carista Service menu)

T5 Intermitant Boost Issue HELP struggling

It was just the information extracted from the Carista report so members having the same/similar engine could contribute.
I would start by checking for an air leak. Loose/split air hose, charge air cooler, etc.
Here are the charge air system pipelines of CAAC engine. Charge air cooler is #1.

@mmi wrote charge air cooler not change air cooler.
What you have there is often referred to as the intercooler, on the 204ps there is a charge air cooler, does the same job but water cooled not air cooled.
@mmi was just saying check the system in the diagram for a leak, it contains pressurised air when the engine is running, higher the RPM the higher the pressure. I will probably make a whistling noise if leaking.
