EML 3 faults

Hello and apologies for the long message I’m away on holiday atm in Cornwall (300miles driven) and my EML came on . I asked a conversion company guy if he could check my fault codes using his VGDS system and come up with the following 3 faults (shortened text);
33262 Reductant system performance bank 1
P204F 00[0110] - malfunction

31103- SCR NOx catalyst bank 1
P2OEE 00[11101000] efficiency too low

30540-Throttle position sensor (G69)
P0121 00[00100000] implausible signal

The van seems to run ok. No issues with performance, fuel consumption etc.
I’ve read some threads about exhaust emissions and Dpf regens, AdBlu sensor faults adblue topping up and the like but getting confused (no other warnings on dash at all other than the orange EML) as to what I should do, keep on holiday or get to VW garage asap? I was thinking of topping up adblue and filling fuel tank thinking that this would ensure a regen but I’ve stopped driving (camping awning up)
Any suggestions would be appreciated…thanks Craig.
Recently read about a software update ! Mines a T6 2019 2.0 102 bhp, 38k miles.
Cheers.

Well, all the important data is missing - date, time, how often the fault has surfaced, which of the faults triggered the dash light, engine parameters at the fault.
Anyways, it's just the emissions, nothing related to engine health. Keep on holidaying

It's perfectly fine as long as you don't have fuel low warning light .

A full VCDS would have the answer what's the software level in the engine.

Matti here’s the VCDS screenshots

When you say full VCDS do you mean there could be other faults? Where can I find the software level in the engine?

33262 Reductant system performance bank 1
P204F 00[0110] - malfunction
30540-Throttle position sensor (G69)
P0121 00[00100000] implausible signal
Those two above are not current faults - actually they are ancient ones - because ECU doesn't provide date stamps on them any more.

31103- SCR NOx catalyst bank 1
P2OEE 00[11101000] efficiency too low
P20EE is the current one which has turned warning light on - see designation "MIL ON" in VCDS log
Also can be seen the fault has surfaced 4 times since first occurence at 62072 km. Well, your current mileage 38k equals to only 61155 km
Please note the dash light doesn't necessarily light up at every counter step - the counter just counts the NOx emission events.

When you say full VCDS do you mean there could be other faults?
No, just more fancy details about engine etc.

Thus 04L906056KA version 4047 which has been superseded by version 6163 (see in the link below)

The old software doesn't inject AdBlue at all during DPF regeneration which causes very high NOx levels and quite often crosses the threshold and finally triggers P02EE warning - typically happens on longer journeys (thus higher speed=higher engine load) while doing the DPF regeneration.
In your log 85km/h, engine RPM 2027, normed load 74.9%

The new software does inject AdBlue during the DPF regeneration thus significantly reducing NOx levels.
See some experiments below - especially pictures 2 and 4.

Hi Matti,
Thanks very much for the information…👍.I will carry on with the holiday and check in with VW leicester when I get home try getting the software update.
Much appreciate your time and help,
Craig
