It’s under warranty.
No can it be fixed or just buy a new one
Do you mean the motor won’t tilt the mirror lens,
or it’s a folding mirror that won’t fold inwards?
Yes it does not tilt whole mirror inward when parked up
It’s a 2019 van which means it’s under warranty unless it’s accident damage.
