Eibach suspension on a T32 - worthwhile upgrade?

I am currently running a T32 on Sportline 30mm lower springs and as the van is always lightly loaded it is quite crashy over the really bad roads up here. Living in Highland Scotland, I am literally hundreds of miles away from specialist T6 suspension fitters, so I am thinking of going with the VW Eibach package from my local VW van centre who are pretty good in my experience.

So the question is, if I go with the Eibach package from VW will I get a much more compliant ride or is it more about visual appeal than performance? I am not interested in going super low, just 30-40mm drop at the front, and then the back dropped enough to level off the van. Tyres are 255/45/18 on 8J rims.

Assuming you’re referring to the coilover kit, I do; I’ve written about it a few times. I think it offers a very compliant ride, firm but not too firm, and well planted. I haven’t ridden in a van with just lowering springs, but I’m pretty sure you will immediately notice the improvement. I rate it, but haven’t tried any other set ups

It’s a great setup, made by KW. You won’t be disappointed with it and it is 100% warranty friendly.
The ride will be 100% better than what you currently have for sure. There are other options available to you, that will be better priced, but seems you are constrained by availability and dealers to fit.

We offer mail order if you want a chat.

Whatever you choose make sure it properly aligned after wards. Money well spent on a quality coilover kit will be some of the best money you spend on your van.

Thanks guys. Sounds like It’s definitely worth doing, especially as my monthly mileage is going to at least double from July onwards, and a lot of the road I will be using are petty dreadful
