Hi folks. We’re having persistent issues with the EGR system in our 2019 T6 which has just clocked 90k miles. At first the glow plug light would switch off after a good motorway run. But now it comes on shortly after starting driving and stays on, accompanied by the engine management light which is on constantly now. Surprisingly, the van drives fine, with just a little loss of oomph in the higher revs.
The diagnostics code is P20EE SCR NOX catalyst efficiency below threshold (bank 1).
We’ve a Scottish roadtrip booked in four weeks time, and I’m thinking it’s time to bite the bullet and get this issue sorted properly.
Does anyone know of a company in or near to the HX area I could get in touch with to start the conversation?
