Hi
Looking for some advice, my engine management light came on, I’ve scanned it and came back with p0401 egr insufficient flow error code, I’ve only owned the van since march and looking at the paper work from the previous owner the EGR and cooler were replaced in sept 2024 the pipe was also replaced a few months before that, is it possible that it’s gone again so soon ? Everything I’ve read says that it should be good for 50000 miles or 10 years ? Could this mean it potentially a sensor or something else that’s thrown up the code ? Or could this mean it potentially wasn’t fitted and calibrated correctly ? Just trying to get a few facts before I call the garage, the garage that replaced the value and did the work for the last owner is the garage that I currently have been using for services etc since I purchased the van
