EGR system blanking plates on the DNAA, t6.1

Hi,
Does anybody know if If there are any EGR blanking plates available for the dnaa, t6.1
I was under the impression that the plates that are widely available for the t6 would fit, but I've been informed by Darkside developments that this is not the case and, The EGR system on the DNAA engines are different and the gaskets don't match either.
Cheers!

If you can get a pipe off to use the flange as a pattern make some from some stainless steel shim, nominal 0.5mm should be OK. Ebay purchase.

Good call!
That's probably what I'll more than likely end up doing, thanks!
I don't think the information I've been given is correct as the upgraded t6.1 pipe I have installed as standard fits the t6, so I would imagine the plates are the same too!

I think they probably are too, DS plates are very thick apparently, not an ideal fit.

You do know that you can’t just blank of the EGR and that’s all. It has to be mapped out otherwise you’ll get a dash light.
EDIT: Isn’t that a Bosch ECU which can’t be mapped?

Yes I'm getting the software done. I'm just waiting on the ECU to come back from Germany,
Autotuners finally cracked the Bosch ACU last week

What’s the change for, is it two stage to get the inlet gases even cooler or variable gas flow rate?

Per "SSP 722 The 2.0 l TDI engine with close-coupled emission control (MAR) in the T6.1 2021" and therein a referred " SSP 526 The EA288 Diesel Engine Family with EU6 Compliance" state:

Dual-circuit exhaust gas recirculation system
In order to reduce raw nitrogen oxide emissions, the new EA288 Nutz engine generation is equipped with a high-pressure exhaust gas recirculation system (HP-EGR), which can be used cooled or uncooled, and also has a cooled low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation system (LPEGR). [SSP 722]
The high-pressure exhaust gas recirculation is only active in the warm-up phase after a cold start. It ensures a higher intake air temperature and thus improves the combustion behaviour. [SSP 526]
The low-pressure EGR cooler is designed as a parallel-flow cooler. It is configured for high exhaust gas mass flows up to 80 kg/h at maximum exhaust temperatures of up to 500 °C and a cooling capacity of 8.5 kW. This allows it to be used in the entire engine characteristic map. [SSP 722]
This system has been taken from the EA288 EU5 engine and is active in almost all operating ranges. In the low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation system, the exhaust gas is picked up behind the close-coupled diesel particulate filter. [SSP 526]

My ECU is back, but no deletes have been written apart from, ad blue and a map, as of yet 😫
May ask you what is the practical "advantage" of deleting the Adblue on a DNAA T6.1?
Spare 10 € a year or is there anything else?

What did you specify and what did they agree?
Without a specification there’s not much grounds for a complaint.

No complaints, apart from all this hassle and money for a ad blue delete, but I was advised that EGR/DPF deletes would be happening on my van this week which made it seem worth the effort, but no more

No being stuck in the Alps a 1000 miles from home because a failed ad blue system, component.
Any information that this problem actually happens on a T6.1 with DNAx engine (i.e. a T6.2) ?
Seriously I am interested in your or your acquaintance experience.
We are few unlucky owners of this strange and undocumented animal here, but I heard just none cases so far.
Mine I just top it up to the brim with 5 l ( 5€) Adblue every about 10k km (no, it doesn't get crazy, I learnt that way from my VW dealear) and that's it.
