EGR valve and DPF issues

Hi, just looking at purchasing a T6 and had not been too concerned about going for anything more powerful than 110bhp, however one that has been remapped to 160bhp has come available that I’m interested in. Whilst I have at least one good run out a week that should keep the DPF happy, most of my runs are short and it would be my daily commute. Does going for the more powerful engine increase the risk of issues with EGR/DPF if it’s not blasting down the motorway every day?

The more power you use the more fuel you use the more soot you create.
