EGR 15560 Code

Hello,

Gave my van a quick scan earlier using carista and noticed the code 15560 showing, so had a quick google and up pops EGR - last thing I wanted!

Anyway nothing specifically points directly to what the issue is, I had a quick look under the bonnet to see how difficult it would be to remove and clean if its required and noticed the front EGR pipe seems to have a bit of a blow coming from around the coupler piece, would something like that cause it to through up a code, for say low gas pressure or something?
