EC50 red light

Was hoping for some advice.
Went camping at weekend and the red light on my EC50 display for Vehicle battery is permanently on.
Went down halfords and both leisure and car battery are at a decent level and they even put a new car battery in to see if it would fix the issue but it did not.
All Fuses are also ok.
They could only perform these tests but believe that maybe the alternator or wiring is not actually charging the car battery in some capacity which is why that red light is not going off. The van starts fine and I drove 2.5 hours home last night in the hope it would charge the car battery but the red light is still on.

Essentially the vehicle battery was at a good level but the red light remains on.

I googled how to reset the EC50 to reset the red light but cannot find anything, . Any suggestions?

Just looking at the instructions for the EC50 - do you mean that only the red LED on the level display is showing? What happens if you press the vehicle select and level button?

Thank you for replying, so the red light is always showing on the "Vehicle Select and Level" on your image. The level displays shows also. But for whatever reason the red light is constantly showing no matter what.
