Battery panel issue

Hi all
we have just had a new vehicle battery & the display panel in the living area shows the vehicle battery is in the red!
The leisure battery & water level both show as normal but cannot understand why the vehicle battery shows red? All fuses are ok !
Would appreciate any thoughts / ideas!

Can you post a photo of the display panel ?
Does it switch between SB and LB ?

If so it could be like mine. I rarely get a reading on the dial for SB, possibly because of the presence of various relays and the such like. For an accurate reading, I'd consider fitting a BM2 to the SB and connecting your phone to it via an app

Has it ever been anything but red?

Definitely get an independent monitor on it for accuracy.....

First of all did the old battery show the correct voltage level?
If the answer is yes I’d be going back to whoever installed the new battery as it would appear they need to check the battery installation / health.
