Eberspacer service / repair in Scotland?

Can anyone recommend someone who can look at an Eberspacer heater, with a view to service / clean / repair?

Scottish dealer isn't responding, Calder Campers say they won't do it, and Demon Campers, who have done some work on the van already, are not responding. So, basically anyone who will answer a call or email...

Or are they easy enough to do yourself (it's under the van).

I would remove it from under the van to service it, no point in struggling.
If you don’t have a physical manual there will be one online with instructions.
If you go the manufacturers website I would think they have a list of service agents.
