Dropped sliding door - middle roller?

My passenger sliding door has dropped, which means i can no longer close it properly

I've searched through previous threads, which all seem to mention the bottom roller. But this seems ok in mine

The issue seems to be the part where the middle roller meets the door dropping. I have tightened this with an allen key a few times, but the issue keeps coming back

Any ideas?
