Sliding door adjustments help

Hi guys. New to the forum and looking some help. I've a vw t6 2016 owned it a few years now. But recently I am having trouble with my sliding door and water getting in at the top and also going in and around the lower sliding door roller.

I've adjusted all the things that can be adjusted lol I've brought the door in via the top roller and the stiker plates etc but still water is getting in. The gap at the top rear of the door isn't great but I can't bring the door in anymore to close it.

Any this has been covered before I did search but nothing I read was helping

I have ask the same question in another thread as also have a 16 plate T6 where it drops at the rear and doesn't align with the trim. I think the middle roller arm has slightly twisted from the door being out of alignment and the adjustment mechanism attachment on the door being out of whack. I'm trying to find where to buy the part on the door to replace but no luck at the min.

If I hear anything I'll share, as seems we have an identical issue.
