Drivers seat reclining too easily?

the angle slips back as I'm driving and I have to wind the seat back up to where I want it every hour or so.. I am *quite* heavy but I've never had this happen in a car or van before!

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to tighten everything up a bit? (the van is nearly new and the seat is bog standard)

Take it to the dealer for a free repair under warranty?

I was hoping it’d be something known and easy… the dealer is an hour away and I’ve got a hellish week coming up.
