Drivers door wont open from outside

Hi guys

Have an issue where drivers side door won't open from outside. Have to drop window and reach for lever in doorcard and then it opens fine.
Run Carista today and getting this error code.

Any ideas where to start? Is it a new locking mechanism? I seem to recall a previous thread where the mechanism was flushed/cleaned but can't seem to find it now

Any help appreciated

Hi, take your door trim off and check the cable. Is there any resistance in the handle? You should feel it pull.

Pull the connections and give them a blow out and then refit.

The fact you have a fault code does point to a faulty door module.

Quick update. Cleared the fault codes with Carista....and now door won't open from inside either!
So getting door card off ain't going to be easy im guessing

Might be worth using the van for a few days and seeing if the fault comes back.

Check the fuses two incase the faulty module has blown a fuse.
