Dripping from under front passenger side

Hi, I just bought a 2019 VW transporter Kombi. It is slowly dripping water under the passenger side. At least I think it is water, clear and no smell or sheen. I have been under the van and seen a ridged tube that is dripping. The tube goes to the bumper and across to the driver side before entering the vehicle’s bodywork. So it is continuous and I don’t think it is the AC drip pipe. I have dried the tube but it immediately becomes wet again. No other parts nearby are wet so I think the water is inside that tube and there is a hole allowing the water to drip out. The dealer has been great, originally thought it was just AC especially as the AC was serviced before I bought it. However, the dealer is also now unsure given how long the drip has continued without the van being driven. Before I do a rather large round trip, any ideas? If this is a small maintenance issue I would rather couple it with another reason to drive the dealer’s way. If it is most likely something worrying I will go asap. Have you got headlamp washers??

I’ve had to check the spec as just got it and not even driven the van but…YES. Spec reads: Headlamp washer system with heated front washer nozzles and washer fluid level indicator…you might be a genius! Do you think that tube is dripping water from the reservoir for the windscreen and head lamp washers?

I’ve just been out and done the wash- the tube now drips much more quickly than it was so I think you have figured it out. Incredible. Thank you! Do you know if this is an easy/cheap fix to replace the tube? Thinking I can still go on holiday with the van on Saturday but will just make sure to bring screen wash to top up. I can then have the issue fixed after holidays. You deserve a lot of good karma for this. Thank you!

Now that I’ve given the screen wash a few good blasts it is leaking in multiple places. See the new patch to the right and the patch behind the front passenger wheel. I’ll definitely chat with the dealer and hope it’s a fix under warranty and easy.
